Little Snail

I found this little guy snacking on our Hosta this morning. In exchange for the meal he was kind enough to let me take a few photos of him (I insisted). I drug out my light box and set up for some table top photography.

It was interesting watching him slither up to an edge and then reach and far as he could to try to find the next platform to continue on his journey. After the photos I thanked him and set the little snail back where I found him.
